T&I Engineer

T&I Engineer shall have a Bachelor Degree in engineering, preferably Mechanical Engineering, from an accredited college or university. Must have a minimum of eight years experience after graduation of which atleast five years must be in the turnaround planning and execution in Oil & Gas/Petrochemical or related industry. Must have good command of, and experience in planning phase of turnaround, specifically in work package development which includes scope detailing and development, materials, resources, services identification and optimization, HSE, QA/QC requirements, execution sequences, mostly in static equipment such as reactors, columns,vessels, furnaces, heat exchanger, fin fan coolers, tanks etc. In addition to planning phase competence, execution experience is necessary. Must be fluent in English and carry a valid Saudi Driver's License for mobility.





T&I Planner

T&I Planner shall have at least seven years Oil and Gas/Petrochemical in Maintenance Planning experience including at least three years devoted to Turnarounds planning. Must be familiar with SCM/SAP System work materials scheduling and Microsoft Office package. Generation of Turnaround and Inspection (T&I) job plans, work package, identified materials and services for a quality T&l job execution. Manages to order T&l materials based on inspection requirement and ensures quality material ordering process. Communicating with Suppliers about the status of supplies, problem-solving to reduce about the T&l schedule impact. Modifies job plans based on feedback received, and requests modification or creation of master data such as new materials, new locations, description changes, etc in T&l Job package, Equipment BOM and SAP system. Must be able to read, interpret project drawings. Must be fluent in English and carry a valid Saudi Driver's License for mobility.





T&I Scheduler

T&I Scheduler shall have minimum five years of Oil and Gas/ Petrochemical experience including thorough maintenance knowledge of the mechanical equipment and piping works. Must be familiar with work sequence, resource loading, materials specifications, drawings, estimate project range and work duration estimates. Candidate must have planned and executed at least three(3) complex turnarounds/shutdowns. Candidate must be proficient in Primavera Program P6, Microsoft Office program (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, and Word), and MS Project with excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and carry a valid Saudi Driver's License for mobility.





Field Verifier

Field Verifier shall have minimum five years of experience in the oil/gas, hydrocarbon, refinery. Will perform various field checks functions. Must ensure correct implementation of T&l specifications and standards. Must have thorough knowledge of international codes and standards, procedures and specifications. Must be fluent in English and carry a valid Saudi Driver's License for mobility.





Draftsman

Draftsman shall have minimum five years of experience in the oil/gas, hydrocarbon, refinery, or infrastructure industries, and has engineering drafting project experience. Originates complex engineering drawings in different disciplines. Revises and checks complex design engineering drawings. Prepares complete bill of materials for all assigned drawings. Must have knowledge of drafting practices and software, design details, international codes and standards, procedures and specifications. Must have attended a CADD operated training program and 5-years drafting or engineering experience. Must be fluent in English and carry a valid Saudi Driver's License for mobility.





Quantity Surveyor

Quantity Surveyor shall have minimum five years of experience in the oil/gas, hydrocarbon, refinery. Will perform costs and quantities estimation for T&l and ensure efficient and seamless flow of information and communication within the team, and must have thorough knowledge of international codes and standards, Microsoft Office program (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, and Word), and procedures and specifications. Must be fluent in English and carry a valid Saudi Driver's License for mobility.





Logistics Coordinator

Logistics Coordinator shall have minimum five years of experience in the Oil/Gas, hydrocarbon, refinery. Will perform all logistics arrangements for T&I and ensure efficient and seamless flow of information and communication within the team, and appointed contractors to ensure smooth execution of logistical arrangement. He must have through knowledge of Microsoft Office program (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, and Word). He must be fluent in English and carry a valid Saudi Driver's License for mobility.





Document Controller

Document Controller Shall perform general documentation and organizational support for general maintenance, engineering and T&l activities, as directed by the supervising engineer. Shall assist maintenance and engineering personnel with technical correspondence, status reports, spread sheets, cost compilations, document control etc. Shall operate Word and Excel software applications and be able to learn project-related scheduling applications such as Primavera. Shall communicate fully in English and shall draft documents and reports in grammatically-correct English. Shall type at 35 words per minute. Shall have two (2) or more years of experience in a construction or industrial environment. Shall have a High School diploma or certificate.





Store Keeper

Store Keeper shall have minimum two years of experience in the oil/gas, hydrocarbon, refinery. Will perform all handling and receiving of materials for T&I. Shall maintain inventory and proper flow of communication within the team. He must have through knowledge of Microsoft Office program (e.g. Excel, and Word). He must be fluent in English and familiar with storehouse environment.





Quality Coordinator

Quality Coordinator shall have bachelor degree in mechanical engineering with minimum of five years of experience in the oil/gas, hydrocarbon, refinery, and has commercial and quality assurance/control management. He must interpret and read drawings documents to verify and reflect in the IPs. He will coordinate and perform quality audits for the implementation of work process and contract procedures. He must have thorough knowledge of quality assurance/control methods, practices, international codes and standards, and procedures. He must have through knowledge of Microsoft Office program (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, and Word). He must be fluent in English and carry avalid Saudi Driver's License for mobility.
